Do you guys eat before working out? Or prefer to exercice on an empty stomach? Or maybe just coffee??
I usually prefer to exercice on an empty stomach in the morning...
What are your thoughts?

I’m just coffee only. Exercise classes for 1-2 hours then come back to a light lunch. I’ve been trying different things but drink loads of water in the morning.

Espresso double shot black that’s it. After I’m back an omelette with spinach and ricotta and whole wheat toast
