I’m ok just needed a break for a week as I lost my mojo with this diet. I know it’s a permanent lifestyle change and I’m good with that -I have to be but just was so unmotivated I needed a mental break. I gained a bit .6 as I didn’t watch my carbs as I should but I’m back now do hopefully this time off will be what I needed to kickstart me back again. Thank you for asking-much appreciated

That’s ok Bianca about the name no worries. I just needed that week off for sure. I’m glad to be back for sure. Everyone on here is so supportive and kind. A great group of people on here!

Breaks are good, I do it myself just to let my body and mind heal which for me has helped. Glad you’re back my friend, hope the rest helped!! 😀❤️
