Just realized I’m way short on my protein today. So along with my hot tea I’ll be having a bedtime snack of a protein bar and a shake even though I’m not hungry. I’m rarely hungry when I don’t feel well. On the plus side, I doubt I wake up in the morning starving like usual! And it’s not really a hardship to drink a caramel shake or these wonderful protein bars!!
