JJSinger's Journal, 22 August 2018

I am STILL just completely in disbelief of my decrease in appetite...it’s such a very pleasant side-effect to smaller portions and stomach shrinking. I get so full so quickly now and very easily stay within my daily caloric goals without much (if any) effort! I’ve done some, albeit not overly strict, intermittent fasting as well (skipping breakfast and not eating after dinner) and it’s been effortless. No restrictions of food types, and losing on average 2 lbs a week! Hoping my r silts will continue to be this easy, but also prepared for anything that comes along!

Without a doubt, you will inspire many other people. I think you already have! I've also taken up skipping breakfast most days and it seems that I am less hungry for lunch when I do skip breakfast. Fasting seems to have some real benefits. The Warrior diet is based on fasting and pretty interesting to read about. Good luck on your quest!

The stomach shrinking seems hard to obtain but once you do it’s wonderful. 😁 This is the 2nd day this week that I’ve had the problem of having to find something to eat to get my calories up! Tonight I was able to load up on cheese and chips which I rarely have. Such a treat! I’ve been working on my snack for well over an hour! Just to make it last and savor it. Great job and I look forward to more posts like this and seeing your progress! Seeing the scale move down is good. Seeing muscle gain is great. Seeing someone get to a place like this is just awesome!
