I haven't update this thing in a loooooong time. I've since stopped P90X, had a kid, let myself go to hell, and then got things back under control.
I now eat a low carb (<20g) diet) with a cheat day every week or two. I eat a lot of eggs, avocado, meat, and vegetables. In addition I fast intermittently every day for 14 hours (last meal at 8pm, first meal at 10am). Even on cheat days I keep the intermittent fast schedule.
Combined with the diet I do a very simple work out routine every day. It consists of 20 squats, 10 push-ups, 30 second plank, 30 crunches, 30 raised arm circles forward, 30 raised arm circles backward, 30 chest expansions. I don't take breaks in between reps so it takes about 3 minutes.
If weather permits I'll jump rope for 5-10 minutes once a week. If I feel exceptionally active I'll do a DAREBEE challenge.
