While the weekend camping trip with the guys, and plentiful "liquid carbs" didn't help my diet it is... weird. This is the second time I went off the keto diet for just a few days and gained several pounds (even though there's no way I ate that much). I didn't eat much in the way of carbs... had quite a few beers though. I'm actually wondering if the difference is water retention.
Since starting this I'm definitely thinner and unfortunately less muscular (need to workout more) but am thinking a pretty high percentage of what I lost was possibly water weight?
Well, back at it anyway.

Usually going from fat burning to sugar burning you gain 3 pounds of water. As soon as you get back into ketosis you will lose the 3 pounds of water.

Got it - yeah, since weighing in this morning I'm already down just over a pound, and definitely draining water, that's kinda cool/interesting.
