so i had 3 really good days, worked out 2 of them, ate under my rdi calories all 3 days and was down about 3 lbs. then we went on vacation to the coast for a long weekend. i did remember to eat healthy for a few of the meals and on more than a few, i chose not to care, im feeling guilty so i know i will work harder now that im home to make up for lost time. i try not to feel too guilty though because it was a normal weekend for me pre-diet, so im not really taking a step backwards, just not a step forwards.
i am about to go weigh. tomorrow i am going to have a long but good day, hopefully the weather will be nice, i can play outside with my nephew, that will be good for me. after we take him home, we will go to the gym and i will get back on track.
