I was starving today so did a little experiment. This meal is similar to what I would’ve had pre-diet. Lunch was about 300 calories more but that would have covered the midnight candy fest I used to enjoy. The breakfast covers one of the 2-4 pops I had before my diet. So my guess of about 1800-2000 a day was probably on the low side of what I was eating before :/. When I want more and plan to junk it up like tonight, I use it to my advantage to compare where I was to where I am now. It brings home the fact that my eating was why I gained the 10# in 7 months not because I didn’t go to the gym. It also told me I could go back to this way of eating very easily :/. I have little control around things like nachos and chocolate lol. I should be in a surplus to build muscle so that’s not an issue. Trying to get about 1650-1700 avg this week and next so no big deal. But it is an eye opener for sure!

Lol thanks. I always worry about posting pics because I don’t want anyone having a weak moment to see it and then give in to a craving. So I advise anyone who is having a weak moment to avoid my journal :/. I think I’ve only had nachos twice and a quesadilla 3 times since the beginning of March. I used to eat nachos for lunch at least 2 days a week.
