Going down slowly
297.6 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week

Slow and steady is generally the best way to go. Often the rule "easy come, easy go" really applies in weight loss. Well done👍
