OOPS, BETTER WATCH IT. HAVEN'T BEEN FEELING WELL AND NOT ABLE TO EXERCISE. MAYBE STARTING BACK WILL HELP.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
