stop drinking and smoking almost 5 months ago and right now all I want to do is go get a bottle grab a pack of smokes and order a big large greasy Pizza I hope I can get out of this funk that I'm feeling before it's too late and I'll fall down hill

just get through the night. light exercise? trashy tv? sonic drink? do something nice for yourself 💜 and sub out good for bad. not sure what your diet plan is -- ground turkey meatballs, tomato, basil and mozzarella instead of pizza?

Hobbies girlfriend, hobbies! Take a class, knit, crochet, dance, whatever interests you. Something to keep your hands and mind busy. Or volunteer to help out at the library. Keep you body and mind busy. Just keep busy, activities are the secret.

We have two mental muscles that we can strengthen. Our resist and stay strong muscle and our give in muscle. The more we strengthen our 'resist and stay strong' muscle the easier it gets and the weaker our 'give in' muscle becomes. It's a mental challenge and what you put in your mouth is something that you are in complete control of. Choose control!!!!

I don't know what your diet is but Fat Head pizza (low carb / keto) really hits the spot when the pizza craving hits. You got this!

Do it- Its Friday. Start again in the morning... except the smoking- that's gross. Have a couple slices and a couple beers... won't kill ya.

Sparkling water is awesome especially if you can flavor it a bit with raspberry or orange. Keeps you away from alcohol craving. Break out the crock pot and make fresh soup and stews. No bread. Snacks cashews/nuts. Dessert diet jello with whipped cream.

I have those days where I feel like throwing in the towel, but then I think about where I will be in a week, a month, a year from now and I push through. There are low cal/carb beer and pizza options that may be able to satisfy your cravings.

everything in moderation. you won't keep it off if you don't lose it in a way that can be your lifestyle in the end. good luck a slice of pizza isn't going to kill you

Pizza actually has pretty good macros. 😊 Especially compared to crap like bullet proof coffee.

If you quit drinking and smoking; there is a reason. Some of the advice says to have a drink and the pizza. I agree with a cheat meal BUT do not agree with the drinking aspect. Drinking can also be an addiction that you may or may not have. Stick with one cheat meal. Avoid the booze and cigarettes!
