Gratefull's Journal, 06 August 2012

Big jump. After really eating very little for the last two weeks I had an actual dinner last night. It felt great and I think my body needed the re feed. While my weight is up I feel leaner than usual and and more muscular. Weight should drop a little to the 168's as the week goes by.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.7 lb a week
