Helps me manage my calories more, now I just have 2 larger meals a day, instead of trying to fit 3 satisfying meals into your daily allowance! Hope it goes well for you, drink lots of water and tea to help with hunger xx

I'm doing it, 16:8 method. Losing more centimeters than weight. Others on here that are fasting say their weight is falling off.

I was doing 16:8 - didn't really loose any substantial weight, but was showing in centimeters. Now doing 3:4 - 3 days complete fasting 4 days normal eating. I find this way easier, and 800g diff in the scale after 1 week.

@Shasha I have also changed from my 20:4 to Alternate day fasting, I lost lots of weight on it last year.

This is my 7th day on the 16:8 method. I am planning on doing this for another week before I weigh myself :)

Thanks for all the feedback! I've been doing the 16:8 method - this is my 2nd week doing it and it's been working well for me. Will try 18:6 next week and hopefully work my way up to 20:4

IF works MIRACULOUSLY. I have never lost 5kg in a month with all the diets I been through. IF(16:8) + Low carb and Low Fat.

I JUST REALISED THAT I AM DOING 18:6 IF. I eat my last meal of the day at 1pm. then my next meal at 8am the following day. So I literally eat 2 meals a day. Even when I eat the second meal I am not that hungry, I am just avoiding being hungry while fasting.

@jasonjac If you're doing the 16:8 method, you fast for 16 hours (consuming 0 calories) and for 8 hours you eat. Example: fast from 8pm - 12pm (16 hours) and then from 12pm-8pm (8 hours) you'll have your meals
