I DID IT - Gym - supplements - Diet - Water. I feel better after 1 day of really going for it. I'm gonna drink water tonight - maybe a herbal tea. I'm so proud of myself. 1 week is my goal to start noticing muscles and 2 weeks I want other people to be able to see results. I'm changing my life this time. I'm excited to weigh in tomorrow morning...
