2/14/08 (Thurs)
Did work out in the morning, didn't indulge in too many of the v-day candies etc that came my way, and had a rather sweet date in the evening (did end up having two drinks and the dinner was kinda points-heavy--but heck, it was v-day after all!!)
weight-loss continues to be at steady at 175--which is not bad despite all this eating and drinking, but not good either. Oh well! will go back to my cooking and eating healthy shortly..

Food:
1/2 veggie delite subway sandwitch (whole wheat bread, 1 slice of cheese)= 6 pts
snack: salad of green beans, orange, and walnut (3 pts); 1 candy bar (3 pts)
dinner: 1/2 piece bread (2 pts)
1 cup polenta (4-6 pts? carbs, and butter in cooking)
entree: pumpkin ravioli (carbs and tasted quite buttery--probably 10-12 pts???)
1 glass wine, 1 glass beer (total 5 pts)

Overall ok day, am starting to not follow some of these food aspects as well, though. Did workout in the evening (missed my morning one).
Food:
coffee
lunch: 1 pear, 1 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup peach
snack: 1 curves bar; 10-20 pieces of sage/basil thin crackers
dinner: chinese (1 cup rice, 2 cups tofu general tso chicken)

Weight is steady the next morning, so that's a relief, but I have to stop exploiting this blessing of not gaining weight despite indulging in food cravings!! Back on the horse again!

Good for you for catching up on tracking 3 days worth of honest food intake. Your meals sound yummy! And nice work on fitting in an evening workout! Getting back on the horse will be just fine. I think it takes a while to totally get into a natural habit. Totally allow yourself some growing pains as you work out the kinks.
