These past few weeks have been rough. Been talking to a dietician to get back to eating like a normal human. Yesterday I hit a record. I ate 4000 calories. I haven’t eaten more then 800-2500 in 4+ years. I gained two pounds! 😸 fought a lot with it mentally though. That’s a lot of food. I hate eating as it is. Today I’m fighting my head to break 2000. In order to gain weight I need to eat at least 2800 cal. I hate every meal and snack but I’m getting better
