@murf, frankly speaking, they are not so healthy as they looked like! Many Taiwanese foods are sauteed or deep fried. They also are seasoned with delicious sauces and, all of them are high calories!

95, l agree a picture can be deceiving, our foods are mostly fried and foods, soups have high amounts of sodium and carbs..l find to be successful we have to be smarter than the food's we eat.
