I FEEL SO HUNGRY RIGHT NOW, I AM NOT SURE IF I WILL SURVIVE DINNER OF 2VIENNAS, 1CUP CABBAGE, 1/2 CUP CARROT AND 1/2 CUP ICE CREAM.

I cheated a bit and added grapefruit...drink lots of water...it feels you up. I still have a step class at gym to get through at 6 so I’ll only eat around 8:30😩😩😩 try snacking..just biltong or a couple of almonds/cashews
