I made a thing. I dont bake...ever...so this was a huge deal. Its vegan, pilsbury white cake w/ chia egg replacer, whipped coconut cream, crushed pineapple that I turned into a glaze, and topped with pecans. Its amazing. My dad hasn't figured out its vegan

I care not about macros. It was for a family gathering today at the lake.

It was a Pillsbury whit cake mix that I used vegan butter and chia seed as an egg replacer. I whipped the coconut cream into whipped topping and made the pineapple into a glaze
