Went to bed early, then woke up to a phone call, then had a hard time getting back to sleep. Was pretty hungry, but did not get up and eat late. Probably why my weight dropped. I think I ate more today, but earlier. Also rode all day with Mike & David on the cyclist security thing. Will be interesting to see how my weight turns out tomorrow.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
