Today looks like a bad day but I had two wisdom teeth removed. No food until 2pm then just soft cooled down foods. I know I need to eat but terrified of dislodging the growing clot. Did my best. Will probably have sugar free jello and more bone broth for dessert (and maybe make some whipped cream for the jello for the fat). 👍🏻

Thank you! So far so good. The hardest part is no hot foods for the first 24hrs. Torture!

looking for a berverage with protein will be good. because your system need the protein otherwise start losing muscle
