Things for me to work on to prevent night time snack binges
Drink chamomile tea if you need a bedtime snack
Eat small dinners like veggies
Eat biggest meal at lunch time if you need a big meal
Have a cut off time 2-3 hours before bedtime
It is good to go to bed slightly hungry
Spread meals out throughout the day
