Urggh . You look back over all the hard work and see you are at the same weight you were at three weeks ago. Its so frustrating. I think a fuel up and long work out is due this evening. If nothing else the endorphins will help me feel better.


On the plus side the tummy measurement is down to just over 33' although waist is stuck at 27'and there's half inch down on the thighs, at least there is some circumference changes.. so a little light in the tunnel . Hope y'all are dropping, unlike me :(
