Those KFC double down ad vert's are driving me nuts. So I'm just going to have to come up with a healthy version.

1ea slice of bacon, cooked and chopped 1ea slice of calorie wise jack cheese 1 squirt of calorie wise Caesar salad dressing, right down the middle
Slap this together, close your eyes and say: HA HA HA! I'm cheating on my diet, Bwaaa haahaa, this is SO GOOD!
Really, your not, but who cares. Works for me. Add a MGD light if it's around lunch time and sit in the sun.
