Ba by, yet another pound. See ya sucker!

Those KFC double down ad vert's are driving me nuts. So I'm just going to have to come up with a healthy version.

1ea turkey breast (cut in half lengthwise to make the top/bottom), BBQ this way: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1739,156188-241195,00.html (Taste like chicken, so it works)

1ea slice of bacon, cooked and chopped
1ea slice of calorie wise jack cheese
1 squirt of calorie wise Caesar salad dressing, right down the middle

Slap this together, close your eyes and say: HA HA HA! I'm cheating on my diet, Bwaaa haahaa, this is SO GOOD!

Really, your not, but who cares. Works for me. Add a MGD light if it's around lunch time and sit in the sun.

Your tanning (bad for you), your having a beer (bad for you) and your having a (faux) KFC, Double Down! You kick a$$!
