Got my game face on ..... aiming to lose a stone following a low carb way of eating. Back to tracking everything that goes in my mouth and regular weigh ins.

Also just weighed in after ages ...... had two coffees and a pint of water but knew I needed to do it. Am 10 stone 7lb which isn’t great but is better than I thought. My goal is initially 10 stones so don’t have as much to lose as I thought but ideally I’d like to be around 9stones 10 .......
