Being sick is the worst thing for a diet. You tend to eat more or less, but not healthy. I had a sore throat and I was craving salty foods -- soups, chips, all sorts of things. I think most of my weight gain is water, but I definitely did not eat healthy for the last couple of days. Fortunately, the sick feeling is going away. I hate getting sick.
