What an awesome awesome week I am having.

I have an accountability buddy in my office and we have had many many successful fasts this week, 25hrs Mon - Tue plenty of H2O and 1 cup of tea, Tue - Wed a 16 hr dry fast with a lunch and dinner, Wed - Thu repeat of prior day. Thu - Fri, currently in progress, coffee and water only until dinner.

It is national donut day and this junk food addict don't need no sticking donut (I questioned this for a brief moment when chocolate frosting touched my finger when taking one out of the bag to give mini me his. I didn't lick my finger else this journal entry would be quite different)

I am still sipping my large iced cold brew coffee with a splash of cream I bought 3 hrs back and it is only at the half way mark.

My fasting muscle, my brain, is getting stronger and more disciplined. I know this for certain because Thirtsty Thursdays is usually followed by oink oink Fridays. Nope, my pie hole is shut until dinner

For those who don't get fasting, it's ok. I got plenty of fuel (FAT) on my body and surrounding my organs that I have access to that I need to use up.

I've been looking at your weight chart. You should look at mine, they look similar (like we weighed exactly the same during the same period of time!). I went up and down for 8 years. The only difference now for me is fasting.

Thanks Peasy and Adef. @adefwebserver, I'm starting to feel that fasting trumps all protocols due to its simplicity and efficacy. I'll keep at it and share my WeightGURUS scale data next week.
