I DID IT!! and let me just say Tony lied it was no 30mins .... lets try 45mins to be exact.. an hour if you count pausing the dvd half way to make my son a bottle and get him set up and comfortable (which is sometime harder then working out since he loves to move once you go to walk away heh) but I did not sit once... kinda proud of myself I must say... I will do the work out one more time tonight. Motherhood calls, my son wants to play now.. I'll check in later.
