Day 2
I woke up today with my daily alarm (my son) changed a dirty diaper and made my breakfast: 1 egg cooked on a grill, not fried, 1 tbsp of shredded cheese, a slice of grilled ham (less than 30cal.) and a slice of tomato all on 100% whole grain whole wheat toasted english muffin..It's delicious! i washed it all down with a glass of cold iced tea sweetened with no cal. sweetner.....so far so good.

After breakfast I will place my son in his favorite jumperoo and then I will pop in the dvd "Power 90 In-Home Boot Camp for Men & Women". It's a 30 min work out lead by Tony Horton.... wish me good luck, yesterday I worked out for 15 mins and felt like fainting haha.
