Three decent runs this week. Plus some good strength/weights work out. I had my best session in a good while on the rower but ended up with bad blister so had to re-focus my attention elsewhere. All in about 5 really good sessions. And today is the first day in a good while there has been a very visible drop in the inches!! Nearly 2 inches off the boobs (hoping that's more back than breasts); An inch on the tummy and half inch on the waist. If I can replicate similar over this week with no bank holidays drinkies in store... then I should be down to my size 8s for the first time in a year. Whoop Whoop!! It feels like the struggle has been real and intense . Only for the general trend was positive on that graph I would have imploded 6 weeks ago. But heck sunshine helps too!
