I love orange juice in th morning, but it has a lot of calories. Maybe real oranges will do the trick for me. I move slow in the morning and love to go to work and relax for about an hour. I always want a snack, so maybe oranges will help. Hopefully it will keep me from wanting sweets. We went out for breakfast this morning and I ate way more than I needed to. I enjoyed it though! I will just have to exercise today and have some fish for dinner, hopefully. I love fish! I wish we would have it more often! Maybe we can buy some today at sam's club.

U can have the orange juice, you just have to use the fresh that you find in the dairy case, (not the concentrated) and you can only have 6 ounces.

If you are following the Fat Flush plan, fruit juices are reserved for P3 (sweeteners). Eat the whole fruit (with the fiber!) in P1 & P2.

If you want to use orange juice in phase 1 or 2, like I said you can squeeze your own (which is the same as eating an orange, or make sure it is fresh OJ

I'm very sorry, nurse, but you are simply incorrect. Page 109 of the FFP Journal & Shopping Guide lists unsweetened fruit juice as a P3-special occasion sweetener. Other than unsweetened cranberry or pomegranate juices mixed with water, there are NO APPROVED JUICES in the early phases of FF. Juicing concentrates the natural fruit sugar and without the fruit's fiber results in insulin spike/blood sugar crashes. If you purchase "fresh squeezed" and drink an 8oz glass of juice, you are actually getting the sugar-equivalent of at least 2 fruit. You may, of course, choose to eat/drink whatever you want but everyone should understand that Fat Flush eating protocols relegate fruit juice to P3-special occasion.
