went to dinner with hubby to Outback. Made him keep thar bread over on his side of the table out of my reach. I did very well, grilled salmon and double order of veggies, broccoli, a few slices of carrot and yellow squash. Two glasses of water to drink. I can't dare say what all he ate, just saying it would make me gain weight.
