I had a bad diet day yesterday. I made the mistake of leaving the grocery store trip as the last errand before lunch. With my daughter and I both hungry, we ended up buying a lot of junk food. Never fear, I polished off nearly the entire batch of Pillsbury sugar cookies! We don't have to worry about those anymore. :P I also went to see Vampire Weekend and had a few beers.
I am proud to say that, despite the fact that I had cookies for breakfast (or perhaps because of that fact!), I got myself to the gym this morning. I was not feeling very good about things before I went in, but just the fact that I made myself go did wonders for me. I had a good workout and hopefully, that will help me get the right mindset back.
