Well I fell off the band wagon, but now I am getting back on. Gained some weight, as you can see. Thankfully I dont have any medical issues, but that's not to say they wont come later, if I dont get on the ball NOW!! So I am back at it.
My sister has joined me, well she has surpassed me...already lost 40 lbs. So she is definitely an inspiration.
I started yesterday July 13, 2012. Walked a mile around my alma maters track...LETS GO KNIGHTS!!! Did some crunches. Ran some cone drills. Did some push-ups. I also walked half of the bleachers. Thats when I felt my heartbeat in my ear-drums, so I figured that was enough for the day.
I am doing the same thing today. Then on Thursdays I will be swimming laps. Unfortunatley I will be doing that by myself, because my sister refuses to get her hair wet. All in all, I believe I have a great support system now. So I KNOW I will get this thing done.
