Ok so my diet today and yesterday has been pretty bad macro wise. Food choices weren’t the best but definitely not the worst either. I’m struggling having an appetite at the moment even though I’m starving so I’m letting myself eat whatever I feel like in the hopes of regaining appetite. I was going to go to the gym but I’ve been pretty lethargic so I haven’t gone. I did go horseback riding so at least I got “some exercise” in.
