Fun fact for today - Where does all the fat we lose go? Water and CO2. We also breath it out!

Never thought about how we take in O2 and breath out CO2. Where does the O pick up the C? From the carbon that is released when we burn fat. Makes sense because water is H20, and fat contains carbon. So the carbon has to go somewhere.
