Not as nice as the salmon wedge but is still nice and great for the calories (I take any chance get pasta on my plate 😂) I will say be careful how you cook it!!! I'm lazy a lot of time and microwave but since I changed from 800w to 900w it always goes hard as hell on one half even after adjusting times 😑 but when done right it is worth the calories

ive had this but find its not quite enough for my appetite so i put a bag of Asda slimzone steamed rainbow vegetable rice under it & its just right. nice tasteing sauce to.
