Donated blood, went to biker church in Mead, then on a run on some winding roads! Forced myself to walk to Mass last night. I need to do more walking, etc.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
