finally off that plateau. wow only 35lbs to go. I can't believe it. I still feel like I am 277 pounds and have turned down or made excuses for online dates because of that mentality. ugh
175.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
