I forgot to weigh nvthe morning. this is my weight after breakfast. nonetheless, I'm happy to smell the 80's. My next short term goal is 85kg. I hope I get there by end of March.

198.0 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
