Well at least the scale is stay where its at. Went over my cal intake with the wine, cheese and crackers last night; but today is a new day. I need to plan time to walk for 20 min and start going back to Xsports.
328.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 148.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
