It’s really difficult finding time to count calories right now, but I’m holding steady. I’d actually like to get to my Army weight (160-170), but I would probably lose a lot of muscle if I attempted. I’m faster, stronger, and have more stamina than ever (resting HR of 48). If I could lose 10 lbs of weight while increasing performance, that would be awesome…slow and steady wins the race, I guess. Perhaps by February…

oh and congrats on the low resting heart rate. mine is in the mid-40s as well, but i have no where near the muscle you seem to. i actually got rejected from donating blood one day b/c my heartrate was 40bpm!
