1525 kcal Fat: 55.24g | Prot: 92.42g | Carb: 170.45g.   Breakfast: kashi granola dark choc, weight watchers strawberry yougart, sugar, non dairy creamer, coffee. Lunch: 45 calorie aunt millies 5 grain bread, turkey breast deli meat sarah lee, coke zero, Crackers, cherry pie filling,  cream cheese , wheat thins fiber, radish, celery. Dinner: weight watchers frozen bar, green giant, Porter house steak grilled. Snacks/Other: 2% milk. more...
