Still going downwards. Four weeks left until the end of the University term. Really looking forward to this year's winter holiday. To get in the mood, the snow has arrived. Below is the view from my bedroom window, sunrise this morning.

209.9 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
