didn't gain anything,,, thats a good sign :D

im going to add more exercise to my diet and see if I can lose more
167.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You are doing great, no loss is better then no gain! Keep it up! I have defiantly learned the past 9 days that exercise is key for me!

yea, my schedule is crowded these days, so i'm trying to be more active with out adding time for exercise each day, thats untill I finish the stuff I have
