The scales are still stuck on 100.1 kg. One might think they were broken but I confirmed it with the scales at the gym as well as my bathroom set.
Actually, for this week, I think that is a good performance. As I said in my last entry, there were two major festivals in China last week that both required large meals with family and friends and typically large amounts of alcohol too.
A mid-week sneak peak at my weight showed a gain of 0.5 kg, which I managed to lose again before this week's weigh-in.

I think that small variations up or down have more to do with water and other stuff than fat or muscle. Now back on track, they should start moving for real! Good luck!

@Rhills, generally I agree with your comment, though I am rather thorough about the consistency of my weigh-ins. I always make sure I keep the same level of hydration, time of day, etc. for the weigh-in so that I keep the noise to a minimum. After going to the gym this afternoon, and sweating off a load of water, I could just about make the scales flicker at 99.5 kg, but that weight isn't measured in a way that is consistent with the others.

Yeah .. I noticed that too .. especially if I treated myself to some Sauna time. So now I'm trying to do what you do .. the weight that I will post and track is always on my bathroom scale first thing in the morning after I pee .. hopefully consistent. But even that seems to vary more than I would think .. nearly .4kg from yesterday morning to this morning, and I doubt that I actually lost that much in a day. But at least now I'm trying to be careful about consistency! THANKS
