I keep p going up from 118.7 to 117.7 trying to get down to 100.0kg so annoying but persisting with the dieting I don't eat grains or fibre I only eat home made vegetable soup with protein such as eggs or polony husband weighs my food except when I make a salad I tend to eat more the usual
260.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
