ok step in the right direction. down . got very hungery @ midnight last nite n ate crackers w/ butter n jelly. need to track my cal intake n activity level better.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.5 lb a week
