Shana, you can do this! IF I can do it, anyone can as I was the most weak willed person ever and would give in to my cravings in the past. This last week and a half for me has been very much a lesson on self will and for me this time because I know I have the goal of my sons wedding looming and getting closer by the day for once I have a real incentive to do this .... if you need any help whatsoever please feel free to message me and I'll help in anyway I can!
