I weighed in at 189.7. Finally under 190. I am rounding up so I still entered my weight at 190 today. I think I am underestimating my calories burned during exercise, so while I am -1200 calories for the month so far, I am losing weight quick. I will track the exercise the same way I have been. Better to underestimate that and overestimate some tough food calculations.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
